Who We Are

Welcome to The Only Real Estate! Our team has been transforming homes in the Midland/Odessa area for over 10 years. We are a husband-and-wife team with a keen eye for detail and a passion for bringing life back into neglected and abandoned homes.

Being life-long citizens of Midland has given us an expert perspective of the local real estate market and the top-notch amenities available in the area. We use our knowledge of Midland’s housing market, as well as our team that’s well-versed in the newest interior design trends, to offer renewed and revamped homes to the ever-growing Midland community.

Having been both raised in Midland, we’ve loved watching our blended family of six grow and learn in this beautiful city. Our family has found so much joy from the amazing Midland community, and we’ve made it our goal to give back by making Midland beautiful, one house at a time.

What We Do
